Goal: Prep for Your Next Meeting with Jira

Steps:
1. List your upcoming calendar events in the horizon.
2. Pull out the attendee emails, skipping room resources and internal auto invites.
3. For each external attendee, pull their most recent email thread.
4. Fetch the body of the latest thread for context.
5. Find open Jira tickets assigned to or reported by the attendee.
6. Search recent Slack messages with the attendee.
7. If the meeting references a project, pull the relevant Confluence pages.
8. Compose a one pager per meeting with attendees and roles, the last email subject and a one line summary, open Jira, recent Slack context, and linked Confluence docs.
9. DM the prep sheet to yourself before the call.
